Manisha Morgan is an award-winning Nutritionist and Personal Trainer specialising in women’s health. She has supported over 1000 women achieve optimal health through her passion for healthy living. She works with clients on a 1:1 basis and provides group coaching programs which empowers women to attain the highest degree of health and fitness through a holistic approach to nutrition.


Manisha believes food should be an enjoyable experience and no one should give up foods they love but learn how to simplify nutrition and to make small changes to their lifestyle which are sustainable long term.


Manisha has grown a sizable and engaged social media community with her entertaining, educational, and informative videos on how to live a healthier, happier, and longer life.

Manisha’s personal experience of menopause led her to train as a nutritionist at the age of 48 and as a personal trainer at the age of 52. Her journey through menopause, navigating her way through the conflicting and misleading information, fuelled her passion for understanding the complexities around nutrition. Her experience has helped her gain a unique perspective and empathy towards her clients who may be struggling with similar issues.


Outside of work, Manisha has pre-teen twin girls who keep her occupied. She loves travelling. The travel bug remains from her cabin crew days.


Manisha delivers keynotes and presentations to charity organisations, local communities, and leading companies, empowering women to transform and optimise their health, and happiness.


Manisha has been featured in the press, radio, and TV.
