She has launched and sold a number of successful businesses, including Cosmetic News (now Aesthetics journal), ACE and the Aesthetics Awards.

Vicky Eldridge is an award-winning journalist, editor and copywriter, with 18 years’ experience in aesthetics. She founded Aesthetic Medicine magazine, and has edited and contributed to five supplements for The Times on behalf of Raconteur on Cosmetic Procedures, Dermatology and Cosmetic Dentistry. She provides copywriting services that includes ghostwriting articles, website copy, newsletters, blogs, advertorials and more.

Alena Grant-Winter is a communications and marketing professional with experience in PR, social media and audience development. As part of the team behind The Pause Live, she is dedicated to amplifying important conversations in women's health and education. Alena specialises in creating strategic campaigns, nurturing partnerships and building engaged communities, ensuring brands, events and audiences connect in meaningful and lasting ways.

Amy is a positive, proactive and passionate marketing and events manager, with expertise in scaling social platforms, nurturing collaborations and organising events of various sizes. Amy takes pride in her work, with great attention to detail and precision, embracing every project and opportunity. She is warm and attentive in her approach, with a 'no problem, only solution' mindset.

Flo is proud to be our engagement manager she has a wealth of experience in the aesthetic market managing clinics and looking after their patients needs. Her caring manner and her attributes of building client relationships makes her a pleasure to work with.
