I’m Kerry Waters. A certified wellbeing coach who helps women realise the benefits of breathwork, mindfulness and meditation with ease and simplicity. After burning out as a full-time single mum balancing a demanding corporate career, I found these practices and rebuilt my health, resilience, and peace of mind.



Now, I help other women reduce stress, restore balance, and thrive through life’s demands and transitions, including the challenges of physical, emotional and mental health impacts of menopause, stress and burnout. My reset sessions blend breathwork, nervous system regulation, and mind/body connection to promote, clarity, calm, and health for achievable, sustainable wellbeing .
