Dr Hannah Froud

I am an NHS GP and a British Menopause Society-accredited menopause specialist, with a special interest in lifestyle medicine. I am currently studying for a diploma with the British Society of Lifestyle Medicine.

I qualified as a doctor from University College London in 2016. Prior to this, I completed a three-year undergraduate degree in biomedical science at UCL, graduating with first-class honours and a place on the Dean’s List - so I am truly a scientist at heart.

I am fiercely passionate about women’s health, shaped not only by my professional experience but also by my own ongoing health journey. I strongly believe that one of the most powerful ways we can improve women’s health is through education. Knowledge is power, and when women are properly informed, it becomes deeply empowering. It gives you the tools to advocate for yourself, ask the right questions, seek answers, and take charge of your own health.

That is why I am so excited to work with PAUSE - helping to educate, inform, and empower women to better understand their health and feel confident navigating it.
