Can’t resist the call of the dancefloor?
Come along to the Pause Live event in London and join the Dance‑a‑Thon in person!
The Dance-a-Thon will feature dances from cultures around the world - think Afrobeats energy, bhangra beats, and a splash of disco glitter, all designed to get hearts pumping, hips shaking, and smiles spreading! Movement as an inclusive tool not only for health, but for connection and enjoyment too!
Moving to music is good for the body, mind, and soul…whether it’s a gentle sway or a full‑on jive, dance is a celebration of life in every step.
And for those that can’t make the party in person, don't worry - we’re hosting a live stream so people can join in from anywhere: your kitchen, garden, or even your office!
Wherever you are, it’s time to
get groovy for a great cause and prove that
moving through midlife has never felt so good.

In the UK,
menopause affects 1 in 3 women, yet remains under supported and under funded.
For some women the journey is made even worse when life-saving cancer treatments trigger early menopause.
By joining the dance-a-thon, participants are helping fund critical research and raise awareness, turning every step into hope for those facing these challenges.
All participants in the
PAUSE Live Dance-a-Thon are encouraged to collect donations... large or small, which will support the
Menopause And Cancer
charity in providing free workshops, courses and resources available to people with a cancer diagnosis who are affected by menopause.
