Faye AKA Fey au Lait is a Burlesque Performer and tutor from Essex who has been performing and teaching for over 10 years. 

She was a postnatally depressed mum of 2 who had struggled to find her sparkle after giving birth to her second child. A twist of fate lead her to the art form that is Burlesque which she now uses as a tool when teaching to help women of all ages, sizes shapes and abilities gain confidence in their bodies and support from each other. The art form that once helped Fey get through her depression is now helping her to cope with the changes that comes with Perimenopause!
